We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept wire transfers as long as they are received 7-10 days prior to the rental period. These alternative payment methods may be accepted at our discretion, particularly for covering any damages that occur during the rental.
Verification of an active insurance policy in the primary renter’s name is required. Renters must provide proof of personal auto insurance with recommended coverage levels of 250/300/250 or coverage sufficient to cover the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (M.S.R.P.) or the value of the rental vehicle. Please note that we do not offer the option to purchase additional insurance.
Yes, a security deposit is required. The deposit amount varies by vehicle, ranging from $1,000 to $2,500. Deposits will be refunded at the end of the rental period, provided there are no damages during your rental. If any damages are identified upon the vehicle’s return, we will conduct an onsite assessment and deduct the costs from your deposit. Deposits typically take 48 to 72 hours to be credited back to your card.
Renters must be at least 21 years old and possess a clean driving record, free from serious moving violations or DUI offenses. Failing to meet these requirements may result in the denial of your rental agreement or reservation. Additionally, a young driver fee will be applied to all drivers under 25, which is an extra 20% of the daily rate for the selected vehicle.
The daily mileage allowance is capped at 100 miles. Any mileage beyond this limit will incur an extra charge per mile, which depends on the vehicle. These fees will be assessed upon the vehicle’s return and will either be deducted from the deposit or charged to the card on file if the excess mileage exceeds the deposit amount.
Yes! We service all locations within the Greater Houston area. Our delivery fee is $5 per mile to your designated destination for both delivery and pickup of the vehicle.
Vehicles can be picked up or returned at our Willowbrook/Champions location during business hours, which are from 10 AM to 6 PM Monday and 10AM to 8PM Tuesday through Sunday. We also offer after-hours pickups and deliveries for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Yes, you can add up to two additional drivers to your rental agreement. The same requirements apply to these drivers, including being at least 21 years old, having full coverage insurance, and possessing a clean driving record.
All reservations are final and cannot be canceled. This policy is designed to avoid potential loss of rental income from cancellations. By making a payment or signing an agreement, you are agreeing to our terms.
Full payment for the rental is required upfront. Once a vehicle is reserved, it is exclusively allocated for your rental period. If you decide to return the vehicle before the agreed-upon end date, no refund will be provided.
You are not permitted to travel outside the Greater Houston area and its surroundings. Furthermore, Elite Drive Luxury Motors prohibits the following activities:
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited. If any evidence of a smoking odor is detected, you will forfeit your security deposit and be banned from renting with Elite Drive Luxury Rentals for any future rentals. NO EXCEPTIONS.
A rental day is defined as a full 24-hour period. We provide a 30-minute grace period for returns; however, if the vehicle is returned after this time, a late fee of $250 will be charged, in addition to the prorated daily rental rate.
