Rental Requirements

Renters must provide proof of personal auto insurance with recommended coverage levels of 250/300/250, or adequate to cover the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (M.S.R.P.) or value of the rental vehicle. Please note that we do not offer the option to purchase additional insurance.

You are required to have comprehensive collision insurance for your vehicle, active for at least one week, from a reputable insurance provider (examples include USAA, GEICO, State Farm, Safeco, Allstate, Nationwide, Travelers, American Family, etc.).

Insurance from providers deemed high-risk, such as Vern Fonk or The General, is not accepted.

While some insurers may state that there are limits to their coverage, this is often not the case. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

Coverage provided by premium credit cards (like American Express or Chase) can serve as supplementary coverage but cannot substitute for a standard auto insurance policy under any circumstances.

 Renters must be a minimum of 21 years old and have a clean driving record, free of serious moving violations or DUI offenses. Not meeting these requirements may lead to the denial of your rental agreement or reservation. Please note that for renters under the age of 25, a young driver surcharge applies. This fee is an additional 20% of the daily rate for the chosen vehicle. 

 All renters must hold a valid driver’s license. International renters with licenses not issued in English are required to have an International Driving Permit. 

 A valid credit card in the renter’s name is required for the security deposit and rental charges. Luxe AF Motors does not accept debit cards. 

 A refundable security deposit is necessary, ranging from $1,000 to $2,500, depending on the car’s value. This amount can be held on a credit card. 

 You are required to sign a rental agreement that details the rental terms, conditions, and any usage restrictions. 

 Elite Drive Luxury Rentals will review your driving record. A clean driving record with no major violations is typically required.
